Helman PTA meetings take place the second Tuesday of every month in the Helman Multi-Purpose room from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. On rare occasions, the meeting date or time may change due to a major conflict, so please check with a PTA officer or the school office to confirm. All Helman families are invited.
If you would like to place something on the agenda prior to a meeting, please contact the PTA president at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, using the info on the Contact page.
Agendas are usually available 24 hours in advance of a meeting and to receive one you should also contact the president. Minutes compiled from the previous meeting are available at each meeting, and sometimes before. Meeting minutes are posted in the password-protected Families section of this site. To get the password, please contact any PTA officer or the school office.
